Governor and First Lady Perdue proudly announce new Pre-K book!

preK readingGovernor Sonny Perdue and his wife First Lady Mary Perdue are excited to announce the Governor’s Pre-K book for 2009-2010, How Much is a Million? by David M. Schwartz. Mrs. Perdue made the announcement when she stopped by The Sunshine House in Woodstock, Ga., to read the book to 60 Pre-K students in celebration of Georgia Reads Aloud Day. Every child that participates in Georgia’s Pre-K Program in the 2009-2010 school year will receive a copy of the book.
