Troup County Employees:

 Please review your demographic information in Infinite Campus to ensure all data is accurate.  From the index, follow this path:  Census => My Data => My Demographics. 

 This allows staff members to request updates to demographic data - name changes, address updates, phone numbers, etc.  Users can view and manage their information and submit a change request to update the existing information.  Requests will be reviewed by the System Administrator and approved or denied as needed.

 Please note that the name on your social security card is your legal name.  Your name in Infinite Campus must match your social security card.  If you have recently married or changed your name, you must have your social security card updated first, and then provide a copy to Human Resources and/or Payroll in order to update your demographic records.
