Teaching and Learning

The Teaching and Learning Department is here to make sure every student in TCSS gets a great education in a classroom where they can thrive. We design strong, up-to-date lessons that prepare students for college and future careers. 

We also focus on supporting the adults who guide your children every day. Our team hosts orientation for new teachers, provides ongoing training for our educators, and works side-by-side with school principals to keep our classrooms strong. We bring world-class ideas into our local schools—like our work with Harvard’s Project Zero initiative—and use modern learning tools to understand each student's progress so we can tailor instruction to their individual needs.
