Meal Charge Policy
We Need Your Help!
Parents and Guardians, to bring lunch accounts current and to prevent any overdrawn meal accounts, we ask that you check your student's account today by checking with your school or the TCSS nutrition office at 706.883.1588.
If you think you may qualify for free or reduced benefits, please don't hesitate to apply at your child's school or by visiting troup.org/nutrition.
Other charged meal procedures:
Students can charge up to a maximum of $15.25. After the $15.25 max charge is reached, students will receive:
- Breakfast (LHS and THS only): two pieces of toast with desired condiments and juice. Free Breakfast is served to all students at the other schools.
- Lunch: two fruit choices, two vegetable choices, a choice of milk, and the option to select the entree of the day.

Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program

PayPAMS: You can prepay for school meals using PayPAMS, a simple, safe and secure portal to
pay for your child's meals. PayPAMS will ensure that your money goes directly to the students account. At PayPAMS, parents can set up Automatic Payment Plans, View Account Balances and History, Receive Automatic Notification on Balance Status and more. Pre-Pay for School Meals at www.paypams.com.
