PreK-12 Registration

Quick Tips for New Students and Zone Transfers

  • Walk-ins are available at ASC Student Services until June 13th. Registration will be moved into the schools starting June 17th.
  • View the documents you'll need to complete registration below.
  • Parents/Guardians with students in multiple schools can complete the Online Registration Application, but will need to visit each school to complete the registration process.

  • Contact your child's school to inquire about registration times. Schools are open Monday - Thursday during the summer. 
  • Updated zoning information is located in the "School Zones by Address" link below.

Returning Students 

  • If your student is attending a school in the Troup County School System and plans to return, please complete the Existing Student Registration option under the Campus Parent option in Infinite Campus.
  • Update by July 15th to guarantee you avoid transportation route delays.

Georgia Law and Troup County Board of Education policy require that students attending Troup County Schools must live and reside in Troup County on a full-time basis. Student assignment to schools is based on the legal residence of the parent or legal guardian.

Required documents for registration of all Troup County Schools students include:

1. If the parent/guardian permanently resides in the home of another person, an Affidavit of Residency is required (document must be signed in the presence of a Notary); 

2. One item from the following list for address verification:

a. property tax records which indicate the location of the residence;
b. property deed, mortgage documents or a security deed which indicates the location of the residence;
c. apartment or home lease or rent receipt indicating the current address;
d. current utility bill for electricity or utility application for electricity showing the current address;
e. current home telephone bill;

3. Parent (s) picture identification.


In addition, parents wishing to register their children should bring the required documents as indicated below:

Kindergarten
Child's birth certificate
Georgia Immunization Form 3231
Georgia Certificate of Vision, Hearing, Dental and Nutrition Screening
Child's Social Security card (requested)

Note: Applications will be accepted ONLY if all required documents are provided.

New students and re-entries
