TCSS Surpasses $50k

We are thrilled to share that the Troup County School System has surpassed its $50,000 fundraising goal! All TCSS schools and departments participated in various United Way fundraising events. In the spirit of friendly competition, TWO elementary schools each raised over $8,000, a remarkable feat!

Partnering with United Way

Troup County School System partners with the United Way of West Georgia each year to raise funds, helping UW reach its annual goal. United Way uses the money to support and fund 23 unique agencies that focus on improving the community, from which our school families and staff may benefit. TCSS runs its annual United Way campaign from October to December each year. TCSS set an ambitious campaign goal of $50,000 after reaching the 2022 target of $40,000.
