Strategic Alignment: Character Education & SEL Integration Vision Strategic Plan Troup County School System (TCSS) is dedicated to cultivating a proactive, safe learning environment where students find meaningful connections and develop lifelong character traits. Under the direction of the TCSS Prevention and Intervention Department, schools utilize MTSS frameworks and PBIS strategies alongside the school-wide Leader in Me curriculum to build student success.
Satchel Pulse serves as an all-in-one software solution that acts as the operational engine for these initiatives. It seamlessly bridges Social Emotional Learning (SEL) competencies with the FranklinCovey Leader in Me (7 Habits) framework and the strict legal requirements of Georgia Code § 20-2-145, providing the targeted interventions, universal screening, and data-driven monitoring necessary to satisfy state mandates efficiently while nurturing the whole child.
